How do I make a reservation?

You can book via our official website or by phone.

If you’re not sure about dates, guests, or room type yet, please feel free to reach out.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, so please contact us as early as possible.

Depending on where you booked (official website vs. travel site), the change procedure may differ.

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

Is early check-in / late check-out available?

In principle, we may not be able to accommodate these requests.

If you contact us in advance, we can advise what is possible. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.

What are the dining times and venue?

As a general rule, dinner is served in two sittings: 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
Breakfast is served in three sittings: 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, and 8:00 AM.

We will confirm the details with you at check-in.

We will do our best within reasonable limits. Please inform us in advance.

For severe allergies, we will consult with you and prioritize safety.

Yes. We offer either a children’s set meal or a meal similar to the adult menu.
